I have been looking into buying a new car the past couple of months and since my current car just recently started having problems, I think its time to go take a look at what’s new out there. There’s been a lot of talk about these hybrid cars that are coming into the market and they seem to be pretty nice and very environmentally friendly so I decided to go to the local Toyota dealership to see what they have to offer. I’ve heard about different types of hybrids, such as the flex fuel type and the electric type you plug in but I thought if I go in myself and see a salesperson they can answer all of my questions for me. When I walked in and looked around at what they had, I wasn’t too interested. They were all nice cars and seemed very fuel efficient but they all looked kind of boring. I asked the salesperson if there were any upcoming hybrids or concepts out there soon to be released and he showed me the new models that Toyota had just finished coming up with. There were a lot of cool looking cars and decided to go with the one called A-Bat. This was a hybrid concept that kind of looked like a futuristic pick up truck. I loved the exterior of it and when I found out it was made of solar panel to recharge most of the car I was sold. That seemed really cool and thought that this technology would be a lot better for the Environment, especially since it uses the sun’s energy for it to be able to run. The interior is made up of tough, lightweight, recycled material that is comfortable to every person. This car also comes with a hard drive for digital music and wi-fi internet. This would be awesome for road trips with the family. There isn't a cost yet for this car but the salesperson told me that it would most likely run anywhere from 30,000-40,000 dollars. I think I have made my decision in what my next car is going to be, hopefully it will come out sooner than later.
