Tone QualityConsider: resonance, control, clarity, focus, consistency, warmth | | 1. Horns do not have good control of their sound. They are often out of tune and do not have the same consistency.2. Woodwinds had a nice warmth at the beginning. Once again, horns did not have control of their instruments and it sounded choppy throughout the song. 3. It almost sounded uneven. The whole song seemed like it wasn’t completely focused4. We sounded young on this piece and it sounded like we did not care. |

IntonationConsider: within ensemble, accuracy to printed pitches | | 1. In the very beginning of the song, the clarinets had a nice, smooth sound.2. Low brass sounded great! They played their notes well and with confidence. Clarinets were a little sharp before the percussion had the part where they played random notes.3. Brass had a nice warmth to their sound.4. Horns were often not playing the right notes..Throughout the whole song. |

RhythmConsider: accuracy of note and rest values, duration, pulse, steadiness, correctness of meters | | 1. I think this song was rushed. I think it could have gone a lot smoother had we taken it slower. It was not very steady.2. I liked our interpretation of the rhythm. It was a beautiful piece so all duration of the rests added a lot of musicianship.3. Percussion did really well at the beginning! For the most part they played the correct part at the right times.
