We stopped back into the Scoop NYC end-of-season sale this afternoon to check out what's left from opening day. The back of the Soho store where the sale is being held is a bit of a mess, but there's enough good pieces left to justify digging through the racks and stacks. Make sure to have your calculator app ready to go — what you'll pay at the register is still 60% off what's written in red on the tag.

There isn't a lot left in the premium designer section right across from the cash registers. We did spot a colorful Maison Margiela shift dress for $236 (was $990), a blue Zero + Maria Cornejo sheath dress for $239.60 (was $995), and a printed Roberto Cavalli fit-and-flare dress for $311.60 (was $1,295).

The higher-end designer shoe section is very picked over as well. There are mostly Jimmy Choo styles left, but we did see white crackled leather Masion Margiela booties ($267.60) in a size 10, and black Tamara Mellon sandals ($251.60) in a size 39.

There are maybe ten bags left — mostly Zac Zac Posen — as well as a single Jerome Dreyfuss style. They all appeared to be priced in the $350 range.

The more contemporary women's apparel is towards the back on the right-hand side of the space. It looks like the more summery styles are left, like a white Iro romper ($184). We spotted a lot of thin tee-shirts and sleeveless dresses overall. There was decent stock in a green layered sleeveless shift dress by O'2nd ($119.60) that we liked as well. We also spotted a leather fringed mini skirt by IRO ($187.60), and a Mary Katarantzou iguana print crop top ($327.60).

Moving back, there are lots of racks of jackets and coats. A fuzzy, colorblocked zip-up from T by Alexander Wang ($143.60) caught our eye, as did a black shearling lined style by Mackage ($267.60). There are also a lot of Scoop-branded fur vests left, which we found a little odd but didn't mind. A colorful navy and burgundy rabbit fur one...
