Hi guys, let me do a start off with a structure for our GBA and we shall touch up from there

Executive Summary

Basically this part, we will summarise with our background, the recommended model, what are the test available and what we need to run the centre.

Background

This part is pretty clear cut, already stated in the question

Objective of our career centre

1) Our main aim is to suit the client needs.

2) At different stage, people have different life value. Hence we need to understand our client life stages first. (To be elaborated on SU3-13)

3) In view of our client life stage, (From SU4-3)

A career centre like us should advise student regarding:

-University major

-Admission requirement

-Entrance exam

-Financial Aid

-Trade or technical school apprenticeship program

OR

-develop their job search skill

-resume writing

-interview technique

-Job hunting Technique

-Develop and implement strategies to help them succeed

Self-assessment Stage:

What are the student interests, values, abilities, strengths, experiences, and personality type? Through self-assessment we can better understand how certain majors and careers may be a better fit for the student. It's better to discover the student interests now, while still in college, then to find out many years later when stuck in a career field that does not hold their interest. Self-assessment is usually the first place to start. Our Career Development Center can help the student learn more about themselves and how to apply this information to the world of work.
