There are different impacts of consumers spending in recession in different region. For example, the survey in Dubai illustrate that the times of individuals go to shopping mall during the period between the recession in 2008 and after recession. Only 38.3% individuals believe that the prefer go to shopping mall during the recession in 2007 to 2009 compared to 93.2% consumers prefer to visit the shopping mall after the time of recession (Masarat & Jha, 2015). In UK, the data from the Office of national statistics (2015) indicate that the total household spending was downward trend in UK with 220 billion pounds in the second quarter of 2008 compared to 212 billion pounds in following year. The consumption in recession is also influenced by consumer behavior.
