One of the biggest reasons why culture is so important in international business is because we have different ways of communicating. Culture determines how we speak and interact with each other. The five most common elements of culture are social structure, language, communication, religion and attitudes. These element are what can affect operating international business. Language is one of the biggest impacts on business since it is a medium to communicate with each other and the future business partners and for trades and exchanges. When dealing with international business you are dealing with crossing borders, which mean crossing cultures. Culture can influence how people think, communicate and behave. It can also affect the way that transactions are made and negotiated.

With movies business have been able to expand their options of advertising, which can then lead to expanding their whole businesses globally. Advertising within movies is very beneficial because if the movie is shown overseas you are advertising worldwide. Movies have been able to change the business world. . In different movies they will advertise things such as Soda brands, Apple products, and car companies. In Iron man we see dr.pepper advertised almost everywhere, there are signs in the background along with moments where he is drinking dr.pepper, now of course if I child watches that movie and sees him drinking dr.pepper he will most likely beg his parents to buy it for him hoping to be as powerful as Ironman . Some fast food restaurants such as Burger King, McDonald’s promote with the toys that are given in the kids meals. When a movie is about to come out or just came out they give out toys with the characters so that the children can push their parents to taking them to see the movie.
