The five elements for the beginning phase are:

1. Purpose: Knowing why you are in this will help you keep going when the going gets tough.

The Ecommerce Businesses have two main options for selling goods online: run their own e-commerce websites or sell their goods via an already established online marketplace. -

2. Passion: Doing what you love will make it feel like you are not working.

If you admire the Ecommerce you will never feel any trouble as obstacle.

3. People: Building together with the right people will make it look easy.

They don't require the same amount of manpower to run, these businesses this led to huge cost savings.

4. Problem: Solving a real problem will help as people will pay to solve a real problem.

If there is a problem about the products I sell such as quality or time of delivery I must solve it to improve credibility

It important to design a business plan before starting the business.
