Company Half Year Sales 2012 and Market Outlook

The following table outlines the sales results for the majority of the leading

agrochemical companies in the first half of the current year. In order to make a direct

comparison of the relative performance of the agrochemical businesses of each

company we have, where possible, eliminated the sales of seeds, biotechnology,

intermediates and animal health products from the company sales results.
