II. The Business Description

2.1 Name of the firm/Proposed Name of the Firm/Project

The proposed name of the firm is “JPBP Manufacturing Partnership”.

2.2 Type of Business Organization

The proposed venture is a partnership. Partners will contribute money, assets and industry to operate the business. Every partner is a general partner and each partner has unlimited liability for debts incurred by the business.

2.3 Location of Head Office/Factory

The Factory of the firm will be located at 2594 Brgy. Abar 1st San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. It is along the highway to be more accessible. The area is a vacant commercial space. The same location is the place of the head office of the firm. The office is separated to the factory. The head office will be the area to process orders and other activities of the firms.

2.4 Products/Services to be delivered and how

The firm will offer an umbrella with built-in LED flashlight. This product will be distributed to the different supermarkets, department stores, and retail stores in the public market. The consumers can also buy directly to the head office of the firm and place orders either in bulk or in few pieces.

III. Organizational Feasibility

3.1 Description of the Business Structure

The proposed business is a partnership. It will be registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission. JPBP Partnership a manufacturing company of an umbrella with built-in LED flashlight. With the purpose of making profit. The partnership is located at Brgy. Abar 1st San Jose City.

The partnership will exist up to its maximum time of existence of 50 years. Each partner shall contribute 100,000 pesos each. The said amount shall be maintained by each partner. However, if any partner became unable to maintain the agreed contribution his share on profits should become proportional to his contribution.
