What is the purpose of developing a learning team? Some people would say that “ it’s just another assignment that the class has to complete.” Another person may say that “ it is just another way of how to deal with teamwork.” Dr. Cherry assigned requested that the class form a team of four and create a team charter. Before the team would write a paper about the team charter, the students had to complete a self-assignment that would identify whether or not the team members can be trusted. What kind of listening skills will they have, and what kind of personality would the person have? Below is a graph that the group has put together so others can see where everyone stands.
