In today’s era, any organization or any company wants to expand its market globally along with extension of national market. The companies believe that only operating locally is not enough as it is not able to cater a large category of crowds and the different markets and be known worldwide. In other words, the level of worldwide recognition is very low. Now, the scenario of competition has risen up to different level. There is a tough competition to handle by the existing companies and new coming companies. I would rather say it becomes more difficult for new coming organizations or companies to adjust in the constantly and frequently changing market as the company might need to frequently use additional amount of resources or capabilities in order to battle out and survive in the industry. Companies in majority basis focuses to concentrate on the extension of business in international market so as to achieve certain objectives such as reduce costs in terms of taxes, labor and tariffs, improve value chain, provide quality goods and services, the values additions that can be incorporated by understanding the different markets and realizing the preferable market where the business can be settled, improvise the operation and lastly the involving the cross cultured working environment in the company.

However, the scenario may differ although there is involvement of achievement of all these factors. To start with is the cost. Different nations have different currencies and different economy rates and conditions. Some companies’ money value is considered greater and of the others’ lower.
