M.J. and I have known each other for about seven years. We met in our secondary school continuing our co-operation and friendship also during studies. We both attended some language courses, moreover Jane was a two- year member of a student tourist organization.

During those several years of studying, Jane turned out to be a very diligent as well as conscientious learner. She has an unbelievably perfect memory for such subjects like foreign languages, economics not to mention history. She knows a lot about our modern world and as a young, active person she has visited a few places, which gave her a wider outlook on jobs associated with tourism industry.

In social interactions Jane is not only absolutely reliable but also a very sensitive and tactful woman, so I am sure that she will not have any misunderstandings or other unpleasant situations with potential dissatisfied costumers and tourists.

Unfortunately, Jane with all her reliability, intelligence and charm sometimes becomes bit forgetful and disorganized, when she forgets about phoning someone or appearing at a meeting. But as I noticed it happens only in periods overloaded with work. The optimistic observation is that for the last year her resilience to stress has improved much and she is trying to overcome that weakness with good results.

I can say that Jane has always dreamed about working in tourist industry and having contact with people, so I cannot imagine a better person for that post. Without hesitation I can recommend her application, understanding her enthusiasm and readiness to fulfill all duties.
