Communication is one key factor, which has to be applied effectively throughout a project’s life cycle from the beginning until the end. For example, the account management team would always CC the vendors when it comes to ideas or thinking about a certain shoe collection and the vendors would enjoy the interaction and would chime in with their feedback, which helped scope of the project with their idea suggestions.
