Introduction

Erectile Dysfunction is or ED for short is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse, (WebMD, 2014). Psychological factors are judged to have the major role in the onset, severity, exacerbation, or maintenance of the erectile dysfunction because general medical conditions and substances can play a role in this sexual disorder. Erectile Dysfunction affects the ability and will inhibit normal sexual function. Perhaps is the most important reason for ED is psychological factors are judged to have the major role in the onset, severity, exacerbation, or maintenance of the Sexual Dysfunction is it is not always easy to diagnose or correct.

While many treatment methods that have been discovered over time such as from Neuroscience, supplements, implants, to seeing a sex therapist, psychological factors are judged to have the major role in the onset, severity, exacerbation, or maintenance of the Sexual Dysfunction because general medical conditions and substances can play a role in Erectile Dysfunction, ED inhibits normal sexual function, and it is not always easy to diagnose or correct.

There are different factors to consider when diagnosing Erectile Dysfunction Disorder, such as Neurological, Psychological, and Neuropsychological. Neurological disorder is any disorder of the body nervous system findings can be challenging for most physicians attempting to diagnosis this type of dysfunction. Psychological disorder, for ED also often requires psychological counseling for patients and their partners. Neuropsychological, when dealing with Neuropsychology this type of study aims to focus on the behavior dealing directing with the brain and its functions.
