1. Advantages of a single customer service center for RR communications?

 Staff will be working at common place , as a result business processes can also improve significantly

 Single customer service center can allows possibilities to introduce new products and facilities.

 Having single customer center means Shared data will be available and allows effective communications.

 Organization can implement effective data security strategies because common place will give more control over data.

 Maintenance burden will be significantly reduced.

 Significant cost savings can be done as human resources and (Smith, & McKeen, 2012).

2. Devise an implementation strategy that would guarantee the support of the divisional presidents for the shared customer service center?

For divisional presidents to support shared customer service center, we need to think from president’s perspective about shared customer service. Divisional president’s claims that there will be a considerable loss in recognized individual sectors if they will use shared data or common data. Strategies could be implemented as:

 Divisional presidents should be included as incharges of such changes and their decisions should be appreciated.

 President should be ensure that decision will help the company’s overall growth including their divisions.

 And by stating that present customer service is a reason for customer’s complaint’s,

and by bringing the change there would be customer satisfaction among all divisions customers (Smith, & McKeen, 2012).

3. Is it possible to achieve an enterprise vision with a decentralized IT function?

Enterprise vision is viewing the whole organization as one but not individual parts. Decentralized IT might not provide a common data to be worked upon, each business division will have their own hardware and software, and of course multiple databases and sales systems, all of this will lead to customers and business frustration.
