Introduction

Ho w can we start to tell about me Eduardo Garcia so, I’m from Brazil and I lived here in the United States of America for 14 years already, since when I came into this country, I have change my mind very often thought what should I do professional working in many different places with many different peoples from diversity part of the planet have learned a lot with others culture. For the last over 10 years I was working with janitorial service where I am my own boss, be honesty is not easy stuff you have to be all in one, Boss, employer, Leader, Manager etc. You have to take on the care of all of your business.

Leading and Managing

When I start is everything is hard dealing with people is crazy is not easy, sometimes you bring their problems to you instead focus on working, doing this time I have worked by my own I have learned a lot how be difficult to be an owner without sufficient knowledge to guide people to working properly day by day.

Reading the text, I realize how every work represents what I have been thru direct in real life, manager peoples without leadership traits today I have started to realize how important we have to be in every step of our life in every aspect professional or personal we live in a life where we have to manager our lives and leading our company or family. I’m particularly me describe as a good leader as able to manager today after made many mistakes today is considerable special when you have to learn with a diverse culture of you on group, today a manager and lead a group of 10 people and be able to keep them for 6 years consecutive without any major problem and keep them happier every single day.
