Discuss the common elements described in the theories/philosophies of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker including how their principles/strategies relate to the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets.

The business world has faced a lot of challenges over the year and every time something happens it gives birth to a lot of good ideas. The opportunity that exists is really unlimited and the world is grateful to those who take a chance and as a result lives change and the way of life will never be the same. Internet has drastically change the way that the world communicate and communication as a whole as change the way that the world connects. Three decades ago what we are experiencing today was an idea that most would consider a dream, it took a group of entrepreneur to take a risk and accepts to fail a few times in order to give birth to that lifestyle that we all become really accustomed to.

Steve Case a very successful entrepreneur and what he has accomplished has changed the way that we live forever. The World Wide Web today has made change the business landscape and the entrepreneurial leadership of Steve case at AOL makes it what it is today. According to Steve, for and entrepreneur to be successful the three “P” must be in place and that is people, passion and perseverance. The money side of the business is attractive and if that is the main purpose, the chances of making it big are really minimal. Most of these entrepreneurs started with limited amount of money, the only thing they had was the passion to create something unique and they wanted to do something that will impact the lives of many. That drive them beyond limit and even when things would get tough they would push through because perseverance is what separate the winners and those who fail.
