Mowingpa

The comic strip is based on Anita and a co-worker having a candid conversation about a flaw in the system at work. With this error an employee is able to log in and change the amount of money they are being paid. It seems that no matter how much money Anita might have needed her conscious could not allow her to take advantage of her employee. After much thinking Anita decided to take action and contact Human Resources to advice them of some information she had regarding the system flaw. After reading the comic strip it appears that Anita’s final decision to morally not steal money from her employee.

I recently had a situation at work where and employee decided to falsely document the amount of time he was on break. The employee is to stamp the time card in when break begins and stamp the time card once the break ends. Because I was upset that the employee, whom has been with the company for almost 8 years, decided to be unethical I asked him to write a statement regarding not taking the proper amount of time for break. After reading the statement I decided I would sleep on the feedback that was given instead of taking immediate action so that I would be able to process all of the information provided. After much thinking I decided to take the companies no tolerance rule for Acceptable Conduct an issue a performance letter to the employee which could ultimately lead to termination.
