The Structural-Functional Approach is a framework for building theory that sees society as a complex system whose parts work together to promote solidarity and stability. I think family, shops, school and so on can belong social structure. In family, every member can cook delicious dishes get together. They can also take part in a social activity. In school, students can discuss some case study as a group. Also, they can finish group homework.

Social-Conflict Approach is a frame for building theory that sees society as an arena of inequality that generates conflict and change. For the Social-Conflict Approach, in China, there are many examples to reflect it. Some companies recruit only women in some jobs, such as secretary job. Some companies recruit only men in some jobs, such as project manger. The phenomenon is inequity to many people. Besides, a lot of people get job by relations, if you have relations with a leader of a company, you can enter the company by giving money or buying precious lifts. For those talent persons, it is inequity. Some persons have more experience, skills and knowledge than those who have relations, maybe they can not get the job what they like. What's more, many family want to give birth to a boy, not a girl, because they think a boy can bear everything. No matter in family or in jobs. If a family has a boy and a girl, maybe the parents of the family will pay more attention to the boy. The behaviour is unfair to the girl.

Symbolic Interaction Approach is a framework for building theory that sees society as a product of everyday interactions of individuals. I think sports, education, love and so on can have interactions of individuals. Everyone may be educated by their teachers, leaders, coaches. Everyone need love, if a boy and his girl friend get together, usually, they can kiss to express their love.
