Crusher is indispensable for processing minerals. There are many kinds of rock crushers on market. Each crusher performs its own functions and constitutes a set of complete crushing line. What are the types of rock crusher and what’s the working principle? The following content will discuss about them.

Cone crusher has the key part like bracket, movable cone, fixed cone and eccentric sleeve. During the working process of cone crushers, transmission device brings the eccentric sleeve to move. Being forced, movable jaws make the cranking motion. Under the extrusion force, materials in the distance of two cones are crushed.

This kind of crusher has four types like symons cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, spring cone crusher and compound cone crusher. Featured in the high working efficiency and small power consumption, cone crushers can be used for secondary crushing and tertiary crushing.

But, they are large and difficult to move. Since transportation cost is high, cone crusher is often used for large-sized and fixed projects. Major part of hammer crusher is the hammer head, which often works at high speed. During the working process, rotors run at a high speed and bring the hammer head to move rapidly.

From the feeding mouth, raw materials enter into crushing cavity and immediately touch the hammer head. Then, structure of raw material become slack and they split off. Under the mutual work of machine body and raw materials, size of raw materials is satisfied.
