The Ethic Game Simulation is going to be about a journal made up of decisions. The examples that I am going to explain in this project are about the relationships of values and morals from the simulation. The last things in this paper are the factors that can make people change the way business operates. This Ethic Game Simulation is a type of game that help people to see that there were ethical problems in their lives. The choices in the game were the decisions of the people to make. In this paper there are issues and ethical dilemmas going to be introduced in a business matter. There are going to be explanation from the scenarios of communication skills.

The ethics game made me feel a bit of emotion to the decision that I would make as if an analyst would make in an operating business. The question that I had to seek was about a product which is contaminated. This type of product regulation is the standard from the FDA, but the company’s standard is below. I knew that already there was a problem but making a decision was very difficult to make. The question to bring up to me made me think about my values I have in life. I had question myself how a person’s religion or moral values can make ethical decisions. My viewpoint from my own religious morals came into play since I am a Catholic person. My decision to this was to recall the contaminated product. If this product got out on the shelves then it would harm or kill the consumers.

This type of simulation for me was to make the right decision, and that the consumers need to know that they can make the right decision on this product. Most of the decision making were emotional ones for me to digest. The decisions had conflicted on my interest in reality and having to involve my guilt upon to others. I would wonder how the upper management can react to my decisions. I would only think that this game was only a simulation because it would only process to me as a game.
