China experienced a rapid transition during 20th century. Not only China had to experience various invasions in early 20th century from foreign countries but also China started to construct and organize its systems as communism. Such a revolution, however, did not turn out as Mao Zedong aimed and expected due to the fact that the system applied at that moment was rapidly implemented and extremely idealistic for China.

Deng Xiao Ping, who was concerned regarding on the previous unsuccessful results with Mao Zedong’s policy, employed policies that were more essential and practical in order to establish communism. Deng’s policies especially focused on establishing modernized communism that was relevant and applicable to a market economy. With opening policies and relevant reforms, China is now recognized as one of the fastest growing countries. Various side effects, however, occurred due to rapid developments that have caused a variety of conflicts in the society of China.

First of all the entire society was full of corruptions due to uncertainties and misunderstandings during implementing period of new social ideology. That is, the society of China was not prepared for opening policies since both fundamental law systems and cultural scheme were insufficient. Inappropriate application of opening policies led the economy of China plunge.

Especially high-ranked governmental officials have been heavily involved in the most of economical corruptions. They have been lobbied from numerous commercial corporations and accumulated the astronomical amount of money for individual purposes although they claim the opening policies and reformations to be beneficial for citizens of China. Bribing has been conducted so long that the fundamental system in China does not work without bribing nowadays.
