Training and Development Plan
In today’s society it is apparently become a survival ordeal for the majority of those who live in it. Society workplace places individuals in a apprehension state of being due to the needing to survive. Maslow had stated that human beings basically motivated to achieve his or her needs. This is the same case in the workplace when it comes to learning and development, as there are many things that goes into this area when motivating employees. Both in the work field and in his or her everyday life. In this past six weeks we have been personally guided to understand what it takes to keep an organization moving forward in positive direction and the roles that organization play when it comes to keeping happy employees.
Social Skills Higher Achievement will be a non-profit organization for individuals with intellect disabilities it provides services both during the normal school year before and after school as well special camps during the summer months to include day and overnight camps. Social Skills Higher Achievement mission is center on teaching kids, teens, and young adults how to function in society. This is done by motivating his or her needs through skills and behavior. The organization serves more than 100 students and post-secondary students when multiple school districts. There will be two campuses that serves these individuals. The budget is currently 1.1 million dollars with a staff of 25.
This is the final week of course, we are ask to finalize a HR traiing and development plan. Based on information learned in this course, create a Human Resources plan of the steps needed to create a one-person HR department. The design of the HR department must correspond to the various dimensions of the organization.
