InterClean is soon to merge with EnviroTech. This merger comes with changes in the structure of our company. The company will provide full service cleaning solutions along with our cleaning products sold (InterClean – EnviroTech Merger Scenario, 2005). Our company will have a new sales team that will have a development plan that will assist in the departments’ success. The plan will include a job analysis, workforce planning system, and a selection of the sales team.

Job Analysis

A job analysis includes information about the task to be done on the hob, in addition to the personal characteristics (education, experience, specialized training, and personality) necessary to do the tasks (Cascio, 2005, p. 158). The company will have the following job posting for internal and external opportunities for our new sales team.
