When working in a team or group there will be some type of conflict that will
need resolving amongst the group if not the entire group one or two members of the
group. Working in large organizations can be very interesting and at some point during
your career you will get the opportunity to work with one or more people within the
organization on a project. Of course you all will not always agree. When presented with
conflict within the team or organization you must set aside all differences and agree to
come together as a group in order to get the job or project completed within the time
In organizations when conflict is presented amongst team members there are
team-building exercises that could be given to the group so that they can avoid or limit as
much conflict as possible. A lot of organizations present team building exercises or
activities to their employees in order to motivate them or help them to learn to work
together as a group or team. There are some people that don’t like working with anyone
and like to just sit and do their work without any suggestions or help from others. But at
times they also have to learn that they have to be open or willing to change in order to
help the organization.
Large corporations sometimes seek the help of companies that will come in and
present these team building activities or exercises to their employees so that they can
benefit. Over the years my company has attempted to bring forth certain training and or
meeting in which they have attempted to get the employees to work together as a team
during the meeting in order to motivate them or enhance employee communication as a

whole. My supervisor had a meeting in which she had made activities up and separated
us into groups of three and we had to compete against the other teams throughout the
department in order to separate the teams and help everyone get to know one another. I
