Thesis—Outline—Conclusion

In this essay that I am presenting will give a description of Club It’s mission , primary clientele , the role of the IT department , and how they manage their information resources and what competitive advantage strategy that would best benefit the business. Club it’s mission statement states: “We Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ’s, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT” (Rainer &Turban, 2008). The primary clientele of Club IT consists of young local professionals, adult students, vacationers as well as commerce travelers. Club its entertainment idea of a structured environment is getting the community involved with many people of various ages together to enjoy a nice atmosphere while meeting and greeting one another and listening to live music , getting on the dance floor and having a good ole time. Using an IT system will help support what Club IT has an idea of what the club should be like while being competitive. There are strategies that the Club can come up with when providing the IT services examples such as a Cost of Leadership, Differentiation, Innovation, Operational Effectiveness, and Customer Satisfaction. Keeping customers happy can be a difficult thing to do at times so creating a strategy to keep customers happy and keep the business going will be necessary to create some newer images on the website that is already intact just need more things to put on the page such as things like a community blog or a suggestions box on the web or some type of page people can go to ; to add comments.
