The LAZY NIGHT TAVERN is about to hit Manchester New Hampshire! The creation of graduate school classmates Jill Casali, Tia Jackson, Cheryl White, Aisha Thomas and Christina Morrison, the Lazy Night Tavern is going to break into Manchester as the newest hip eatery. The Mission and Vision As stated below are consistent with the overall business plan:

Mission: The Lazy Night Tavern will create an atmosphere consistent with the customers’ highest expectations, including the quality of products, service and or experience. It will be the goal of every staff member to improve the company so any indentified problem is resolved.

Vision: The vision of The Lazy Night Tavern is to become a noted dining establishment. We will accomplish this by retaining the highest percentage of returning customers as possible, while always striving to introduce first time patrons through advertisement and word of mouth.
