I chose to do my SWOT analysis on the business plan for Jolly’s Java and Bakery (JJB). Overall this is a well thought out business plan with few weaknesses and threats to the livelihood of the business. The owners, Austin Patterson and David Fields both have extensive experience in the industry; Patterson in sales, marketing, and management; Fields in finance and administration. JJB offers a large selection of high quality coffee products and fresh baked goods at all times during operating hours.
