The Interactive Simulation was quite interesting. I created a vision, mission and value statement that rated as “Flying High”. However, I struggled with leasing and development strategy for the airport. What surprised me was that I thought that I knew exactly what the airport needed to do in the developing the area. It teaches how to employ techniques to identify and prioritize key issues, develop strategies, and implement the strategic plan based on the vision, mission and value statements. This simulation is a good tool for students to use. I was fully engaged in this learning activity. I have always enjoyed Interactive Simulation training and believe that Interactive Simulation can enhance the learning process.
