• It’s all about the 2 restaurants where one of them which is Kelley’s seafood restaurant is very profitable because of excellent food quality, but lately has been having a problems with consistency because of numerous suppliers. On the other hand, Jim’s steak house is a very successful restaurant because of the techniques and strategies he has been applying on his business.
