There are many stakeholders involved with the PEACE Domestic Violence Agency. These stakeholders include the program and agency staff, the clients, and any funding sources. Not only does our program have to meet the needs and expectations of our staff but we must also meet the expectations of our clients. One of the main influential stakeholders for PEACE, is Oregon Humanities (Oregon Humanities, 2010). Without all of the staff, clients, community, and the financial institution Oregon Humanities working together the needs and expectations will go unmet.

The staff needs and expectations of the program should be first down the line. The staff needs are an important part of any program. The first need that must be met must be an office space. They need to know that they can take care of their clients in a private secure setting. Confidentiality is one of the great expectations for each member of the staff. We expect each staff member to be educated and have experience in the domestic violence field.

A larger part of influence over the program will be the funding source, Oregon Humanities. If the program plan involves a huge budget with all of the fancy necessities, the funding resource will find the plan unfit and not approve any funding. Without this funding from Oregon Humanities there will be no agency. The staff must than make all necessary adjustments to offset the costs. This is also where they make revisions and cuts to unsuccessful programs. Once the revisions have been made the agency can than resubmit our application for funding.To offset any funding costs that Oregon Humanities will not cover we plan to hold fundraisers, like bake sales. The main needs and expectations of Oregon Humanities are program success, client success, and if funding is being used properly.
