According to everything I have eaten in the last three days, has basically told me that I have not been taking very good care of myself. The way I ate shows that I am not getting enough of my daily food pyramind.Well from the grain group I am only getting two ounces, from the milk group zero then from the meat and bean group I am getting the most and that is 11.5 ounces when I only need six ounces a day from the fruit group I am getting 1.6 cups finally from the vegetable group I am getting one cup. Just by looking at this I know I need to start looking at my daily intake and make a plan to get healthier eating. I need to modify my diet to make sure I get all my servings everyday to maintain a healthy eating and stay healthy. I could add more milk and dairy since I am not getting any servings at all. The main things I need to get more of are veggies and milk and a little more fruit. Something that I could get my nutrients from is some pasta or something baked like fish. The first food I have decided to do is tuna because I do eat this a lot. The calories are 70 and 10 are from fat then protein is 15 grams and fiber is zero finally carbs are zero. Then I have oatmeal which I eat every morning and that is calories 100 and from fat is 20, fiber is 3 grams, protein is 4 grams then you have carbs which is 19 grams. One of my favorite veggies is the corn which has 60 calories and 10 are from fat the protein is 2 grams and the fiber is 3 grams and finally the carbs are 13 grams. By looking at this I say that none of it is really bad for you but I need to make sure I get more in my daily meals.
