Ethic

According to National Academy for Engineering 2008 Ethics is “concerned with what is right or wrong, good or bad, fair or unfair, responsible or irresponsible

“ and business Ethics is “the applied ethics discipline that addresses the moral features of commercial activity.”(standford.edu, 2008). As any organization, Roll-Top company has need to develop business activities that will work in the targeted area without jeopardizing any ethical boundary. We need to research or determine what business action are considered right and wrong in market area and plan the business ethic accordingly.

Social Responsibility

It is important for an organization to practice social responsibility toward the consumer they serve. “Social Responsibility indicates the duty of the organization toward the society and an ethical and valuable ideology of the organization and its employees.”(Hartman,2004). Company’s should consider the society when developing or marketing their products or services. Company should train and educate their employees on the required social responsibility because the action of one individual could jeopardize the company‘s success. Stakeholder are an important factor of the strategy plan and in most case their main goal is to generate profit, but it is very important to incorporate the it is extremely important for the for Team B to include the these rule regulations set by the government for both China and Japan in the strategy developing plan.
