Is It Better To Rent Or Buy a home?

Renting, or buying a home depends upon financial standings, and goals, renting is be cheaper and can be more convenient than buying a home sometimes.

According to an article provided by www.associatedcontent.com other advantages to owning a home is that “it can be cheaper than renting a home You can save monthly by hundreds of dollars. Also, if you are able to get a fixed-rate mortgage, then the payment will stay consistent monthly throughout the lifetime of the loan. “ Also, “the many tax cuts that can be given to home owners. Over the years, A home owner can deduct the years interest paid,and the property tax that has been paid.” This advantage has been considered “One of the best perks of having your own home.”However, a downside to this tax break as well “Although you can deduct your interest and property tax off your taxes, you still must pay it all by the end of the year.
