The food and beverage industry with addition to an entertainment venue can cause many different issues for a business like Club IT. Technology plays a huge role in the success of a business in this industry and keeping on top of it is key in making sure that they can have continued success in the future. All technology such as systems that make customer service more efficient, databases of clientele, point of sale systems for employees, and management and ordering systems that are in place can help in making Club IT the ‘it’ place to be because of the service that they provide and the customer satisfaction that is received.

The mission for Club IT is to create a place where it feels that you are among family and friends and enjoy nightly entertainment through music. It will be a place where good food and drinks will be included within this atmosphere of friends that will fit lifestyles of people that come out to enjoy great music entertainment. The clientele can be very different throughout the year with Club IT’s many different music venues that they will provide and could see many different faces through there doors each day, month, and year. The key for Club IT is to service their customers in ways that for some clients that don’t like certain music venues is to continue to come out and try the different music venues to see if it is something that they like. Getting a return on customers is like anything with business with giving great service, a great atmosphere, and a caring attitude for their customers. With this Club IT will have success and future success because they will have found a way to keep faithful and new customers coming in to enjoy great times with each other.
