The Organizational Obstacles in Kava

Kava struggles with organization because of social differences. The adults in Kava account for less than half of the population. Because of this, there is less leadership and experience among the people. The inverse of this problem is that the majority of the population consists of minors. If our organization is going to implement an outreach program, it must become familiar with child labor laws in Kava. The people of Kava will also have to recover after domestic and foreign terrorist attacks that have taken a tremendous toll on the attitudes on the people of Kava. These violent terrorist attacks destroy properties and lives. The Kava people must rebuild both houses and homes in the aftermath of a terrorist attack. The people of Kava must not only rebuild the minds and families but also their homes and communities.

The Environmental Obstacles

Kava is a hotbed for natural disasters. Homes were destroyed from the effects of hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, and tidal waves. The aftermath often leaves many of the residents displaced. They typically end up being homeless going from shelter to shelter, living in makeshift huts and some are even left homeless. The people of Kava lack the resources and manpower to rebuild after a natural disaster has occurred. Kava also exports petroleum and fish. Oil spills in the Pacific have also made for loss of revenue in Kava’s petroleum industry as well as its fishing industry.
