Club IT Information and Resources

In this paper the subject to identify is the mission and primary clientele of Club IT and its organization. Information that includes intranet resources and the role of the information technology department will also be addressed. In addition, the information technology department will define how information resources will make Club IT a victorious business. Furthermore, there will be one strategy chosen for competitive advantages within the organization and besides that; the strategy will describe the types of information Club IT would need to pursue successful outcomes.

Club IT Mission and Primary Clientele

Club IT is a music venue located downtown and owned by Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys. Opening a nightclub has been Lisa and Ruben’s dream while supporting themselves, working as musicians during college. Not only do Lisa and Ruben possess experience in nightclub operations but also have held on to their business principles from college studies in business administration.

Lisa and Ruben plan to attract excessive business from individuals who would enjoy a fun and energetic atmosphere. Both Lisa and Ruben have made a complete remodel of Club ITs interior, hired live bands and a DJ along with a mix up of hip-hop, electronic, techno, and some 40s music. Their primary strategic objective is to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT.

Although resources spent on remodeling has been successful, Lisa, and Ruben realize there is an issue with information management in which requires a full analysis; so they hire a new intern.
