JOTG Final Four Workout

Do you have 4 hours to spare? Jump Out The Gym is now guaranteeing something that has never been guaranteed in the history of training. I told myself I would not give away this workout because I have to admit, I am kind of stubborn. But, I needed to put stubborness aside and let you in on the biggest secret in vertical jump history. What if I told you, I can promise you 4 inches in your vertical jump in four hours? Would you think I’m crazy? Trust me, you wouldn’t be the first. What I am about to share with you is the Final Four Program. This isn’t your typical jump workout, this workout is for the advanced athlete who is “right there about to dunk”. If you aren’t close to dunking just stop reading…HERE. For those of you who are right there, you just might have found your ticket to throwing down your first dunk. What the Final Four program is going to do, is walk you through 12 workouts (only 20 minutes each) With this workout you will not only increase your vert by 4 inches, but you will keep those four inches FOREVER if you listen carefully. Below you will find 12 unique workouts all geared to tap into different parts of your body to maximize your jump potential from head to toe.

Workout 1/12

Exercise Elastic Energy Squat Complex Band Holds Sets/Reps 3x5 Comments Slow on the way down, explode on the way up. Into 5 tuck jumps. Kick your foot out with your thigh parallel with the ground. 4 lunges with weight, immedieatly into lunge jumps without weight.

Workout 2/12

Exercise Half Squat Complex Concentric Stand Ups Sets/Reps 3x15 followed by 4 max effort jumps 4x5 (each leg) Comments 90%-95% of 1RM followed by 4 max effort jumps Use dumbbells for added resistance/ 4 SL tucks each leg. Chop your foot up and down (like a high knee).
