SUBJECT: Importance of Behavior Exhibited by Managers

Lately, I have been receiving several questions about the EnviroTech merger. I will address most of these questions in this memo. The points of discussion will include: behavior expected from all sales managers, reiterate employee laws that are relevant, and best practices for working with a diverse environment. The key to become a successful manager is to use your resources, respect your employees, and communication.

First, I want to let everyone know that you are doing a great job with the resources that we have available and keep up the good work. I want to emphasize with the merger nearby, we need to refocus our managerial behavior in order to maximize our workers output. Please review all of InterClean’s products available to our customers and become the subject matter expert. Job knowledge is one of the many ways to make an impression with the customer. I recommend going above and beyond job knowledge and start to read the regulations that govern the use and maintenance of our products. Also, become familiar with the full-range service packages and think about custom packages for our customers. InterClean will have classes for the new services and packets being offered. Training classes will be offered in the next couple of weeks and I highly recommend that everyone finds some time to attend these classes. These classes will also prepare everyone to be grouped into multi-functional teams. Having employees that are flexible with job duties eliminates single points of failure. All the extra training will give us the flexibility to adapt and overcome obstacles, a true leadership quality.
