The interview that was being conducted from a girl was though direct and straightforward, it was then used to draw conclusions about the kind of personality that she possessed. Instead of asking her to tell directly to us about her personality we used the indirect method to assess her personality as she might have been biased in evaluating herself.

From her hobbies it can be concluded that she’s being used to of living a simple and common life. We would rather term it as dictated life.

As she has described herself as only hardworking and dedicated, she doesn’t seem to have a very good understanding of the situation and responded to a very diverse question as it implied to that only subject.

She seems to lack patience and have authoritative nature. She likes to boss around perhaps and is uncompromising.

A little biasness is revealed when she was asked how she judges someone. Apparently she judges someone on the basis of his/her outlook and more superficial things.

She has a materialistic nature presumably and it is also being revealed by her relationship perspectives and her plans about spending if she was given a large sum of money.

She is not a disturbance handler and she backs-off when she senses the situation as difficult. She seems to have no guts to tackle difficult situations and avoids being in a mess. It reveals that she is always looks for easier ways and is inflexible towards change.

She has a pessimistic approach towards life. This pessimism was clear when she was asked about Pakistan and her contributions towards the country. Also when she was asked about satisfaction with her life, she answered in a very general way as to accept what is being given to her and by making up her mind that she cannot change everything.

She is being observed as a very impractical person and leads on her life as guided by others and has no particular aim in life upon which she can work. She holds pessimism in her thinking and this pessimism obviously deters her from...
