SingTel should expand its service line. It needs to provide more service for customers. Because in the recent century, people are more concern about high technology service, such as focus on 4G technology. On the other hand, SingTel also need to concentrate on the mobile application service, such as linking with some bank to do the mobile banking. Because people’s life is become busier, they always want thing to be simple and convenient. Therefore, more mobile application can ease users.

According to AC Nielson’s survey, group of young people aged around 15-29 formed 32% of the mobile phone users in Singapore. They are the big market. Besides that, they are also the one change phone more frequently. They want to catch up with fashion, convenient and modern life. So, they will also be the one use more service or plan of SingTel. Besides that, a large age group should be attention, 45-65, almost 30% of population. A plan for them?
