Most of the people with age 50 and above experience the pains that most commonly started on their back. They say that what they feel now is the result of their hard work. However, as time goes by, the younger people experience the same. I am 23 and I had never felt such agony before. As far as I could remember, three years ago I slipped in a newly polished floor and sat on my butt, not once but twice – how stupid isn’t it. But I never seek any doctor’s advice for I told to myself that it’s not that serious. However, I can feel the stabbing lower back pain which discourages me to engage in other activities. Apparently, many medical advices about the lower back pain became less ideal because precisely physicians do not feel the patient’s suffering and concerns and they often jump in outdated, not to mention expensive medical treatments. Therefore, there simple remedies that can reduce the stubborn lower back pains.

Avoid staying in bed and get back on your feet.

Like I said earlier, I never took my small accident as a big deal so I stand up and go back to work. Although I heard some giggles coming from my colleagues, I just smiled and laughed as loud as in can. Actually, what I did is good because according to studies, the lack of exercise may actually slow the healing process. Do some light exercise.

A regular exercise equips us with a permanent and strong muscular wall that will protect our spines. Another advantage is that the individual might prevent dependency in painkillers and other medicines, because the easy routines targeting the back are good to withstand the sudden moves. Easy to tell but difficult to do, most of us are entangled in the myth that it might strain our muscles, joints, and bones.
