Upon given the gift of the earth and its qualities, we were given the gift of choice. Every human has the choice upon themselves to decide what inspires them and if this inspiration can affect themselves positively or not. I was told many times that a path is set for me. I can decide if I want that path to affect me in a positive or negative way, by following it, or drawing my own path from it or away from it. Each person has infinitely all the power to create themselves within their own lives. Whether we know it or not, ultimately all of our decisions either creates a new path, or follows a path shaping our attributes as well as our future.
Obstacles in our pathway are simply the tools that help shape that path. When creating something, what is always needed are skills. The main skill in life is intellect. Intellect helps you decide whether or not you want to go around the mountain to reach your goal - your life, or through it. Fundamentally, both routs get you to the other side of the mountain. Going around the mountain takes more time, and the mere fact that you know you will reach your goal without exerting any effort, it would take longer. Going around the mountain, you would see distractions - such as drugs, parties, and bad influences that can affect you in a way not intended for. This would take you off your track for your goal. But, going through the mountain requires more work, therefore you reach the other side - your goal - faster. You would not reach any distractions affecting your strive toward your goal.
Although still young and still having time, I will keep going through that mountain, to reach my goal. I will not let distractions burden me from reaching my goal. I will fail at times, therefore succeeding by learning through lost causes. I will cry at times, but becoming stronger. I will help others, taking their hands, being the inspiration I seek so hard to look for. I will fight for what I believe in, reminiscing the scars it took to stand...
