Nokia Corporation is a Finish company which is specialized in the production of mobile phones and it is the largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world today. It is a multinational corporation that has over 123,000 employees in 120 countries as well as a sales distribution in more than 150 countries. Nokia Corporation’s head office is located in Keilaniemi, Espoo, a city near Finland's capital Helsinki. Nokia contributes a lot to the economy of Finland and it is consistently considered as the best brand among Finland by the Finns.

In the year of 2009, Nokia had 432 million units of mobile device volumes in 2009. The corporation had a total net sale of EUR 41.0 billion and generated EUR1.2 billion in operating profit.

Nokia Corporation used to be a paper mill when it is firstly established by Fredrik Idestam. Between 1865 and 1967, the company is a major industrial force but the situation changed when it merged with a cable company in1967. After 1967, The Company has a big step in moving to mobile. The revolution in the early 1990s developed its potential power and built a good foundation. From 2000 to today, Nokia keeps developing and it has a big picture for the future.
