Background information of Paragon
Paragon is a Calgary based company engaged in providing Human Resource Services; it incorporated in 1994 and has grown significantly by applying flexibility, quality, ability, integrity and passion (www.paragongroup.ca). The five keys from Paragon relate closely to my beliefs that business success comes from these characteristics. I am very interested in working for Paragon because it provides an entry-level position to the accounting world and has business principles, which relate to my own.
