When we talk about the opportunities and threat of this Company, one thing which we know is that very few people care about the Brand of the company while buying a garage door. All people care about is the quality and price of the door. We can say that since it has only 10% brand awareness the company has a potential to increase the sales by increasing the brand awareness. But when we talk about increasing the sales we know that we have to increase the expenditure on the advertisements as well. One thing which I noticed is that whenever u buy a house u get a garage with a garage door, so if u don’t have a special preference then u are always satisfied with the preinstalled doors, so we think that the company can have some corporate alliances with the construction companies that they would use our doors for the neighborhood they build. That way we get to increase the sales as well as we got good reputation due to these big construction companies using our products. People don’t change their garage door to often, they only do that when they want to re design their house or if they need a new garage door? Whenever they change their door because of the re designing they would usually prefer the one from the company which they had previously or they would ask their friends, relatives or ask for the recommendation from the dealers. This brings us to another opportunity about the recommendations: the non exclusive dealers do not recommend our products first, they do it 4th. So there is a possibility of making them recommend our product first or second. One of the ways to do that is by increasing their margin or giving them some rewards regularly.
