The funds required to offer facilities for homeless are not delivered.

The supply of housing for homeless is not increasing. Homeless people are in higher numbers due to economic crisis

The Stigmas and Problems of using Services
Many homeless people do not confess they¶re homeless or are too mentally ill to receive help. People don¶t feel happy taking from the services or don¶t want to acknowledge they have help A record will track you if you have applied for government services
