The three primary areas where money will be spent are: Technology, Services, and Promotion. Each can incur a cost of wide range of options and costs. But we will stick what has worked in the past for us.
Technology: There are many options for free web conferencing services available for small groups of participants. But in order to maintain the ability and train at several sites simultaneously we will have to incur small costs to deliver our training via webinar. Depending on webinar interest from the employees and budget available, we can use flat rate conferencing at as low as 149.95 per month for up to 10 participants, 249.95 per month for up to 20 participants, and 349.95 for up to 50 participants. These rates are for unlimited web conferencing.
Services: This is what will be provided by us to our clients. We are to make sure that each training event goes smoothly and that the employees are trained in a timely and efficient manner meeting training goals and deadlines.
Promotion: Not needed, because this will be handled in house. All employees will have to meet benchmarks set by our training group and approved by the client.
Required Training Materials:
Bounded Training Material Costs: Course materials 1 set/participant @ $2.50/set = $125.00 based on a 50 participant webinar. Participants will take this material home to keep as a ready reference and be able to take notes in their wookbboks as needed.
Required Confernence Spaces:
Computer Lab (can hold 24 workstations)/$50 per hour
Lecture Hall (can hold 72 persons)/$50 per hour
Disaster Recovery:
Involves a series of actions to be taken in the event of major unplanned outages to minimize their adverse effects. Disasters can result from events such as:
* hacker attacks
* computer viruses
