Explain how your individual values drive your actions and behaviors, and analyze the alignment between your values and actions and behaviors.

Values are beliefs we strongly adhere to in our professional and personal life. Our individual values can emerge from observing our family, educators, religious leaders, or employers. Actions are measures taken to accomplish an objective. These actions can be organized or happen spontaneously. The manner in which we act can be described as our behavior. The individual values we deeply believe in impact our everyday decisions and behavior.

Some common values that individuals see important are trust, respect, and success. Trust lets us believe in each other and allows us to open up about our concerns. We believe in doctors, therapist, and beauticians for their services that is why we allow them to shape our lives. A value like respect can be in the form of words or behavior. A respectful individual will listen to others and keep an open mind. Respectful people show regard for their self, others, and the environment. People that believe in success work to make progress. These individuals have goals in place that they are determined to complete. Success is a belief in yourself and doing whatever it takes to advance in life.

Our values, actions, and behaviors determine who we are and how we act. People often imitate behavior that causes them less issues and more progress. When people believe in a set of values that set the norm for society the world becomes a better place. The world is safer, the people are happier, and the environment is cleaner. Our values indicate what we believe is the most appropriate way to act and behave.
