1. There were many steps in the process that led to the findings of the survey. They first have to come up with a main goal or objective. After that you need to find your subcategories for within your objectives. It is important to look at demographics and social behavior of the area the team is planning to play in. Another important component of the survey was to figure out a way in which people would actually complete the survey. Another key component to having a successful survey was developing the right sample of people to survey. After the survey is completed, analyzing the results is the last step.

2. The key findings of the research survey were the interest in baseball and whether or not they would be willing to attend a minor league game. Another key finding was what people would be willing to pay for tickets (single, 5-game, half-season, and full-season). I feel another important finding what percent people woud be willing to pay for a grand stand seat over a bleacher seat. Buckingham learned that his prospective customer would more than likely not be a baseball fan nor have attended a pro baseball game within the last year. He also learned that the interest for baseball and attending the games is very low. However he learned that people would be willing to pay around $10.00 average for a ticket and would be willing to pay 10% more for a grand stand seat. There is a 19% increase in purchasing a single game than a season ticket package.

3. The Nor’esaters should take into account the types of people who will be attending the game, and if they will have children with them or not. They should also take into account the age of people that will attend and household income when establishing a pricing policy. Another thing to take into account would be having deals for days of the week ($1.00 Tuesdays, college nights, student rates, children’s rates, etc.) If there are promotions for the games, more people may attend....
